Cold water issues in the shower, consistently rude customer service!!! !!! Higher room charges than expected, especially with those early check-in fees!!! Inconsistent cleanliness that requires immediate attention!!!

I had high hopes, but my stay was marred by some serious issues. Cold water in the mornings made showers uncomfortable and customer service was hit or miss, with some staff being quite rude. Meals were chaotic with long waits, and the pool cleanliness left much to be desired. Disappointing, to say the least.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and I appreciated the easy access to all facilities, particularly the pool area, which was perfect for relaxation after a day in the casino.

More seating options in common areas would be ideal.

We had a fun family getaway at this hotel! The highlight was definitely the amazing pool area where my little one splashed around happily. The staff were very friendly, especially the front desk, who did their best to accommodate us despite our check-in issues.

My kids wished the hotel had a more engaging children's activity area. The bathrooms could really use a deep clean. we noticed mold which was quite concerning.

The pools were fantastic for my teenage kids, and they loved the exciting vibe of the casino. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the golf course team at Grand Bear, where we enjoyed a fun round with stunning views and challenging holes. The restaurants offered delicious meals that everyone in the family enjoyed.

In my wife's opinion, the wait times at check-in were too long, and we would have appreciated a designated family check-in area.

Dining options, while decent, were on the pricey side and didn’t match the quality I expected. I would stay again for the location and atmosphere, but I hope for better cleanliness.

Had a fantastic getaway with friends! We loved the vibrant casino atmosphere with friendly dealers. The Grand Bear Golf Course was a highlight, offering a fun challenge amidst beautiful scenery. The beach bar had great drinks, and the pool was a relaxing spot to unwind after our adventures. Also, the breakfast spread was impressive! Just a heads up—check about resort fees in advance.

One downside was the delayed room service. We expected better communication when we ordered, and it took way too long to get what we needed. This really dampened our enthusiasm at times.
